Simple Energy, which has created a new buzz in the premium electric scooter market, plans to launch its second EV scooter after the Simple One EV scooter.
As per reports, Simple Energy will officially launch the new Dot One EV (Dot One) scooter model on December 15 this month. It is reported that the new scooter model will offer a battery pack with better mileage at a lower price than the simple one.
The new Dot One EV scooter Simple Energy is said to be priced in the Rs.1 lakh range. It is expected to give tough competition to Ola and Ether EV scooters which are currently in high demand.

On the Dot One EV scooter, Simple Energy offers a 3.7 KVH battery pack that rivals competing models. It gives a mileage of 160 km per charge. Also, the new EV scooter model is much lighter than the Simple One model in the market. It is equipped with an 8.5 KV electric motor.
The 8.5 KV electric motor can generate 72 Nm of torque. It offers 30 liters of under seat storage, touch screen TFT dashboard, Bluetooth connectivity. Technically, the Dot One model, which shares the Simple One platform, has dropped some premium features to keep the price down. It offers only a few essential features at a low price.
The Simple One model currently in the market offers a mileage of 212 km per charge with a 5 KVH battery pack. Its price is Rs.1.53 lakh. Against this backdrop, Simple Energy has devised a strategy to attract low-cost EV scooter buyers with its new EV scooter. It gives good competition to popular EV scooters.
Simple Energy, which will launch the new Dot One EV scooter on December 15, plans to deliver it to customers by the end of January 2024. Its price is Rs.1 lakh price range, it is a great choice for customers looking for high mileage, with good features.
